We continued our tradition of staying in NYE with the Ludlows. Happy New Year from Nate, Riley, Matthew and Grace!

We were very blessed this year to have so much family in town for the holidays: Badamma, Auntie Raji & Uncle Josh, Uncle Joey, Auntie Sabrina & Cameron, and Sabrina's parents Larry and Rosie, and Gramps too!

Disneyland at Thanksgiving

We met Santa and some other characters while Riley napped in the stroller - she didn't like to be up close with any characters.

Small World - first Disney ride for Riley and Sadie. We took Nate to Disney when he was Riley's age and I was pregnant with Riley....looks like we will have to come back in 2 years for baby Iyer's first trip!

This year we had turkey on Wednesday and went to Disneyland on Thanksgiving Day with Gramps, Uncle Andy, Auntie Val, and Sadie. We got there at 8AM and stayed until after dinner-it was a super fun day! Nate, Riley and Sadie loved meeting the characters (though Riley not so much up close) and the rides (though some that Nate seemed to enjoy when he was Riley's age were a bit scary now).

November happenings

Here is Nate wearing his hat and holding his placemat from the Thanksgiving feast he had at school. On the placemat it says, "How to Make a Turkey by Nate Iyer: Get a 6 lb turkey, put sprinkles on it. Bake it for 7 minutes at 10 degrees. Serve it with cake." Haha-clearly we need to cook more around here!

Tonight was our first family night at Nate's preschool. We carved pumpkins and were treated to a Halloween concert by some very adorable preschoolers. Lots of fun!

Sunday School!

Nate's Sunday school orientation was last Sunday and his first day is tomorrow. He is excited! As usual, Riley was very thankful for donuts after Mass! :)
