Kindergarten Cultural Parade

Riley represented her Indian culture in the Kindergarten Cultural parade and events.  The kids spent a lot of time researching their cultural and building 'floats' in school and today they proudly paraded through the school representing their cultures. They finished it off with several songs (in Spanish, Japanese, and Hindi), a play, and a couple dances. It was amazing!

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter! Yesterday we went to an egg hunt, decorated eggs, and Riley had a class party. Today we went to Mass and then met our friends at the Tulip Festival.

Whistler

We went up north for Spring Break to Whistler! It was Riley and Ben's first trip to Canada and the first time for all of us in Whistler - we had a great time skiing, playing in the pool and hanging out in the village.  We hope to return soon!

There was a problem with the reservations and they had to put us in a smaller room than we had booked on the first night, and after a few conversations we got moved to the two-story penthouse suite for the rest of our stay - woohoo!
