4:30 am ~ getting ready for the big race!
Just after we crossed the finish line.
Mesh and I ran our first marathon today and did it together every step of the way, holding hands the last couple feet as we crossed the finish line! We finished in 4:33.19 which is a pace of 10:26 min/mile. We were at about a ten minute pace until mile 20 and then we were just focused on surviving...but we kept on going and made it through running the whole time! Shockingly, I didn't even need to stop to use the bathroom. Gramps, Nate & Riley met us at the finish line - what a great feeling!
