I wasn't going to get a chance to see my mom this holiday season so I did the unexpected (because I get very nervous traveling w/o the kids and have rarely done it) and hopped on a plane and surprised her in Florida! As it it turns out, Ben made an ambulance trip to the ER while I was gone (first time any of the kids have needed an ambulance) so I ended up making it a very short trip but I would travel any number of miles to give my mama a hug! Her new home and town are beautiful!
